Plug and Play collaborate with me on their accelerator programs. Plug and Play is a global innovation platform, helping startups grow and corporates stay ahead.
So far I've dropped in on three of their their accelerator cohorts, two in Armenia and one in Uzbekistan. In each region I spent a week each with 20-30 startup founders, offering 1-1 coaching and workshop facilitation.
The founders in these programs credit me in helping them connect to the core meaning of their business ideas, and increasing their courage to focus and to double down on what they care most about.
The two founders of CSL hired me to help them develop an update to their vision, both for their company and for their personal lives.
Across six main strategy sessions and a few side quests, we managed to create a shared understanding of their existing operation, as well as their personal wishes for the future.
With careful alignment work, we integrated their life design targets with the needs of the organization, allowing both founders and their company including clients and employees, to step into a satisfying new era of CSL.

My story
I'm on a mission to connect wisdom and tech.
My childhood and youth was defined by great friends, nature and video games. My 90s dream of "working with computers" became hyper real when I became the regional manager for Twitch in DACH at age 22. At Twitch I helped close to 1000 content creators become successful entertainment professionals and business owners. Some are making a solid living doing what they love, some are now superstars of the German speaking entertainment world. Today I work with founders and mission driven operators in the worlds of tech, art and entertainment.
The approach then was the same as it is today: Speak to creatives and builders about their sense of ownership when it comes to their work.
What do you want? What's the thing you're uniquely positioned to change in the world? How can you lend your voice to that?
My journey is that of a life long student. I have deeply studied creativity, productivity, identity transformation, relationship & community building, as well as various holistic health matters.
I've changed my own life many times over, and I love helping other people change theirs.
